Our rapid shipping sends you order to you in 24 hours.

We ship in  via Canpar or Canada Post two of the lowest priced shippers in Canada, and our rates start from only $6.87.

We offer Canada Post Regular ground, Expidited and Priority Courier We charge regular ground but upgrade your shipment for free to Expidited.

Regular shipments deliver in 2 to 9 business days, Expedited in next day to 2 days and Priority Courier next day delivery. US shipments are usually one week and International shipments two to three weeks.

Our rates are based on weight which is adjusted to reflect cubic size, which is difficult to capture, but is included in all shippers calculations.

We will provide you with a tracking number and the web site where you can track your order.

In estimating arrival time be sure to remember handling time in the store and don't count weekends or holidays. For your security and ours, someone should be present to accept your package, as they need someone to sign and make sure the delivery is safe. They will try to deliver three times, than return it to us with a double delivery charge.

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time by the carrier. Delivery times range from two days to 10 days for in stock items.

We are always available by email to offer advice on what product is right for you. We also encourage you to research the product before you buy.

We will accept brand new unused merchandise when returned within 10 days in its origional packaging and with a return authorization number on the outside of the package. Please call 705-737-3123 or email info @monovans.com stating reason for return and we will return an authorization number so that our reciever will know to accept the package.

 Please pack the return carefully so it arrives safely back at our location. We don't charge a restocking fee but the return shipping charges are your responsibility.

In the case of a defective product we will replace the product with the same or similar product at no extra charge to you and ship the replacement out same day the defective product is recieved with our appologies and shipping paid for by us. If a replacement part is not available you will be issued a complete refund. 

If you have to return a product due to unsuitability (colour, size etc..) we accept returns but must stress that shipping costs are not refundable and alll items are returned only for full instore credit. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email us for a return authorization request so that our receiver will know to accept your parcel and not just refuse it at the door. On receipt and inspection we will credit your credit card or account directly and advise you.

In the event of a warranty issue we are factory authorized to deal with any warranty issues and are happy to send a product back to the manufacturer and or aid in any discussion you may need to have. We also need to remind our customers that it is always best to have parts professionally installed at your local professional shop or in our store (some manufacturers will require this to cover full warranty). We offer free installation on any puchase over $150 so please take advantage of that great deal!

We have a system so that you can request a price match from any product page on our site.

You should expect to receive a reply in 1 business day or less. We are willing to price match any authorized internet dealer in North America.

The Fine Print (sorry but it has to be said) In order to go through with a Price Match

The product must be identical e.g. the same style, year, make, model, colour, size and attributes

The other product must be new and not rebuilt, refurbished or OEM (unless our product is).

We will do our best to match free with purchase offers or free shipping offers but make no guarantees.

The product must be sold by an authorized internet retailer authorized to sell the specific product. The product must be in stock and ready to ship at the other retailer. Price matching voids any promotions that may be occurring on monovans.com. This policy is subject to change at any time

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are pleased to be receiving many International orders, however our experience to date suggests that for the safety of our customers and ourselves the only system is to make payment via Bank wire transfer.

Shipment can only be by a carrier that offers full insurance and signature on receipt. Our software should calculate a shipping cost , but if not we will be pleased to prepare a quote for you. We use Canada Post as they are the best priced carrier and provide insurance plus signature on receipt to many countries. Please check their web site for confirmation your country is on their list.

The products are all branded products from reputable manufacturers and our 30 years in business and our reputation with our bank, The Bank of Montreal, our affiliation with Sports Distributors, Canada's premier buying group and our 30 years in business all are there to ensure you will be treated fairly
