Monovan's wants you to be happy with your product. We are always available by email to offer advice on what product is right for your bike. We also encourage you to research the product before you buy. In the case of a defective product we will replace the product with the same or similar product at no extra charge to you; in the case of not replacement part is available you will be issued a complete refund. The staff checks all parts before shipping so we strive to eliminate the chance that any visibly defective product would get shipped to you (the customer).
If you have to return a product due to unsuitability (colour, size etc..) we accept returns but must stress that shipping costs are not refundable and alll items are returned only for full instore credit. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email us for a return authorization request so that our receiver will know to accept your parcel and not just refuse it at the door. On receipt and inspection we will credit your credit card or account directly and advise you.
In the event of a warranty issue we are authorized to deal with any warranty issue and are happy to send a product back to the manufacturer and or aid in any discussion you may need to have. We also need to remind our customers that it is always best to have parts professionally installed at your local bike shop or in our store (some manufacturers will require this to cover full warranty). We offer free installation on any puchase over $150 so please take advantage of that great deal!
