SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES We are happy to offer both Canada Post and Canpar shipping at some of the lowest rates in Canada. Shipping on your order will be calculated by our shopping cart software. Please e-mail for assistance if you have any questions. Please be sure to list an alternate shipping address if you will not be home to receive your order. Goods are normally shipped out within 3 working days and shipping usually takes one day throughout Ontario and two days in the rest of Canada. In estimating arrival time be sure to remember handling time in the store and don't count weekends or holidays. For your security and ours, someone should be present to accept your package, as they need someone to sign and make sure the delivery is safe. They will try to deliver three times, than return it to us with a double delivery charge. TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time by the carrier. Delivery times range from two days to 10 days for in stock items.
